AEW’s creative team has grown with an exciting new hire.

As first reported by Sports Illustrated, three-time Emmy Award winner and former WWE writer Jennifer Pepperman has joined AEW in the role of Vice President of Content Development.

In AEW, Pepperman will work beside Khan, who is also Head of Creative. Her primary role will be development of content for live programming.

Tony Khan later confirmed the signing and gave Pepperman the traditional “All Elite” graphic to welcome her to the team.

Welcome to @AEW to our All Elite Vice President of Content @JenPepperman! We’re excited to have her in @AEW! It’s been a very exciting first day for her, here tonight live on @TBSNetwork! Thank you all watching #AEWDynamite on TBS right now!

On February 15th, news broke that Pepperman had departed WWE after being a part of the company since 2017. Pepperman’s departure was her own choice as opposed to a WWE release. Prior to getting involved in professional wrestling, Peperman worked on soap operas One Life To Live and As the World Turns.

It has also been reported that Pepperman is close friends with Mercedes Mone, who is expected to make her AEW debut on March 13th at the Big Business show.

AEW Continues The Build To Revolution

The promotion is set to present Revolution once again on Sunday, March 3rd. With the show just over a week away at the time of writing, AEW Revolution has taken shape with 8 matches confirmed for the show.
