The December 24 Miracle on 34th Street AEW Dynamite special has been taped ahead of time, meaning that spoilers for the show are now available.
Along with the continuation of the Continental Classic tournament, the Dynamite taping saw MJF make his return to action after returning at the Holiday Bash special, and a face-to-face between Women’s Champion Kris Statlander and challenger Jamie Hayter, who will fight for the title at Worlds End on December 27.
Those in attendance were able to provide results to the matches and segments that took place at the Christmas Eve taping. The results have been obtained via Fightful.
AEW Dynamite Spoilers December 24:
- AEW Continental Classic Blue League: Konoske Takeshita def. Orange Cassidy, meaning that Takeshita qualifies for the semifinals
- AEW Continental Classic Blue League: Mascara Dorada def. Roderick Strong
- Kris Statlander and Jamie Hayter have a face-to-face. Statlander says Hayter will be face-to-face with the cosmic killer at Worlds End and wants Hayter to prove she deserves to be champion. Hayter tries to strike Statlander, but Statlander catches her arm. Hayter said the last time she hit her, she didn’t get back up.
- MJF def. Dustin Waller
- Hangman Page and Swerve Strickland appear in the balcony. Hangman tells MJF to make another low blow comment and to compare them to another sex pest in the news because there are a ton of them. Both men make their way to the ring. Opps Dojo run down and get taken out. MJF ducks an attack from Swerve and Hangman. Samoa Joe appears on the screen and says he will crush their hopes and dreams. MJF tries to attack Swerve and Hangman but gets taken out. Hangman chokes MJF with a chain as Swerve says MJF loves the people because they feed his ego. Swerve says that MJF is narcissistic, selfish, and a bigot who also has power, which makes him more of a Diddy than he’ll ever be. Swerve says the Pinnacle, Wardlow, Jay White, and Adam Cole were all victims of MJF. Swerve says he is a better person than MJF.
- Babes of Wrath (Harley Cameron & Willow Nightingale) hype each other up.
- Dynamite Diamond Ring Match: Bandido def. Ricochet
- Ricochet attacks Bandido after the match. Brody King makes the save.
- Marina Shafir def. Mina Shirakawa
- Shafir continues to choke Mina after the match. Toni Storm tries to make the save, but Shafir knocks her out.
- The Young Bucks (Matt Jackson & Nick Jackson) announce they won’t be cleared for the rest of the year. Kenny Omega says they’ll still be the Elite, but now he’s going to take care of something he should’ve taken care of long ago
- AEW Continental Classic Gold League: Jack Perry def. PAC
