A first-time-ever match, a title match and more took place on AEW Dynamite.
Adam Copeland has made it clear that he wants to face new opponents since becoming All Elite. With Tony Khan happy to grant the request, Copeland faced off against NJPW’s Minoru Suzuki on Dynamite.
Additionally, the AEW Trios Titles were on the line as The Acclaimed and Billy Gunn defended against The Mogul Embassy. With the AEW rankings making a return, multiple big matches were also announced to see who will be the next challenger to Samoa Joe’s AEW World Championship.
The Following Results Took Place On AEW Dynamite:
- Samoa Joe opened Dynamite and referenced his World Title victory over HOOK on the previous week. HOOK interrupted and stated that he would challenge Joe again soon, to which Joe stated he should go to the back of the line. HOOK beat up security to stand tall.
- Adam Page defeated Pentz El Zero Miedo
- Wardlow defeated Trent Beretta
- Swerve Strickland defeated Jeff Hardy
- Thunder Rosa defeated Red Velvet
- Stig and Darby Allin challenged Big Bill and Ricky Starks for the AEW Tag Team Championships
- The Acclaimed and Billy Gunn defeated The Mogul Embassy to retain the AEW Trios Titles
- Adam Copeland defeated Minoru Suzuki
