AEW Dynamite focused on the fallout from Full Gear and began the Continental Classic.
Taking place in Chicago, the show was also held one day before Thanksgiving.
The Following Results Took Place On AEW Dynamite:
- Swerve Strickland defeated Jay Lethal in the Continental Classic
- MJF and Adam Cole discussed Full Gear. They were interrupted by Samoa Joe and a World Championship match was confirmed for Worlds End
- Orange Cassidy, Hook and Katsuyori Shibata defeated Cool Hand Ang, Daddy Magic and Jake Hager
- Christian Cage renamed Luchasaurus “Killswitch” and Nick Wayne “The Prodigy.” Wayne’s mum interfered and was nearly hit with a con-chair-to before Adam Copeland interrupted. Copeland hit Wayne with a con-chair-to.
- Jay White pinned Rush in the Continental Classic
- Skye Blue defeated Anna Jay and Ruby Soho
- Jon Moxley defeated Mark Briscoe in the Continental Classic
