Forbidden Door implications and more have been announced for the August 6 episode of AEW Dynamite.
The TBS Championship will be on the line at the upcoming UK show as Mercedes Mone will put the title on the line against an AEW wrestler, a Stardom wrestler and a CMLL wrestler. The AEW star will be determined on the show in a 4-way match between Queen Aminata, Skye Blue, Alex Windsor and Billie Starkz. Following her successful defence of the Undisputed British Women’s Championship in RevPro and multiple dates in Europe, Mone will also be appearing live on Dynamite.
Another match set to take place at Forbidden Door will see The Hurt Syndicate defend their Tag Team Championships against the winners of a tag team title eliminator tournament. A semifinal match in the tournament is also set to take place as The Young Bucks will take on Brody King and Bandido.
The July 30 Dynamite ended with MJF launching an attack on Mark Briscoe following weeks of animosity between the two. Hoping to get revenge, Briscoe will go one-on-one with MJF on the show.
