The ratings for the New Year’s Smash special edition of Dynamite are in. On average, 975,000 people watched the most recent episode of All Elite Wrestling’s flagship show. The numbers have been obtained by Brandon Thurston from Wrestlenomics:

AEW has seen a drop in viewers compared to the previous week. As the Holiday Bash Dynamite drew 1.020 million viewers, the drop in viewership calculates to approximately 4.4%. In regards to key demographic viewership, 480,000 viewers were aged between 18 and 49 years old, equating to a 0.37 rating, equal to the previous week.
New Year’s Smash saw the in-ring debut of Kyle O’Reilly, who recently signed with All Elite Wrestling. Also, another signing was announced for the company, as former WWE star Mercedes Martinez is now All Elite.
