AEW All In returns to Wembley Stadium on August 25th.
Following on from the successful first show in 2023, All Elite Wrestling will once again return to London to host its biggest show of the year. The main event of the show will see Bryan Danielson challenge Swerve Strickland for the World Championship after being victorious in the 2024 Men’s Owen Hart Cup. Putting everything on the line, Danielson has stated that if he does not win the title then his in-ring career will be over.
The winner of the Women’s Owen Hart Tournament, Mariah May, will also challenge for a major championship as she will take on former ally Toni Storm after viciously attacking the “Timeless” one shortly after winning the tournament.
Predictions For AEW All In Are As Follows:
Pre-Show:
Kris Statlander & Stokely Hathaway vs. Willow Nightingale and Tomohiro Ishii
With Hathaway not being a wrestler and likely to be neutralised by Ishii, Nightingale and Statlander will be doing the bulk of the in-ring work for this match. Hathaway will get taken out by an Ishii big move to allow Nightingale to take advantage and finally get revenge on her former allies.
Winners: Willow Nightingale and Tomohiro Ishii
Main card:
Jack Perry (c) vs. Darby Allin – Coffin Match For The TNT Championship
One year on from the incident that ultimately led to CM Punk being fired from AEW, Jack Perry returns as a champion once again. While Allin has a guaranteed World Championship match at Grand Slam in September, there is a distinct possibility that he could walk into the match as TNT Champion, especially due to the terms of the stipulation. With the match being no DQ and interference allowed, it’s likely that Perry will have an ally to help him ensure victory in this match.
Winner: Jack Perry
Mercedes Mone (c) vs. Britt Baker – Singles Match For The TBS Championship
Both performers have a strong case for walking out of Wembley with the championship. While Baker has just come back from a serious injury and a victory would vindicate her spot on the card despite the absence, Mone still feels like she has a lot more left to accomplish as champion and with Kamille in her corner there is an advantage for The CEO. With All Out just 2 weeks later, there is a chance that Mone wins at Wembley and Baker wins the rematch later in the year. Additionally, this could be where Jamie Hayter makes her long-awaited return from injury given the location of the match.

“Timeless” Toni Storm (c) vs. Mariah May – Singles Match For The AEW Women’s Championship
With a bloody build-up and a shocking betrayal, this match is many fans’ pick for their most anticipated match on the show. While Storm has had multiple successful defences in her lenghty reign, May looks destined to win the Women’s Championship for the first time in her career and potentially bringing to an end Storm’s final act as the Timeless one. While many are hoping this will not be the grand finale in Storm’s very entertaining run, this will be where the reign comes to an end.

Chris Jericho (c) vs. Hook – Singles Match For The FTW Championship
With the added stipulation being that Hook can never challenge for the title again if he loses the match, all signs point to Hook being victorious in this encounter. The match itself has the potential to be very entertaining given the weapons being allowed and interference spots. With Katsuyori Shibata being around to neutralise interference from Big Bill and Bryan Keith along with the possibility of Samoa Joe and maybe even Taz, Jericho’s time as champion is coming to an end.
Winner: Hook
The Casino Battle Royal
Obviously the most unpredictable match on the card, expect surprises, nostalgia and a lot of fun with the special guests. While the full list of entrants and order remains unknown, Orange Cassidy is the number one entrant. While Cassidy looked to be a potential favourite given the circumstances, the recent reports claiming that Ricochet could be at the show looks to make the high-flyer a new favourite.

The Young Bucks (c) vs. The Acclaimed vs. FTR – 3-Way Match For The AEW Tag Team Championships
In what is only The Bucks’ second defence of the titles, they will once again face off against FTR one year on from their defeat to Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler the year prior with The Acclaimed also looking to spoil the party. Much like most triple threats have gone in the past, FTR and The Acclaimed will cancel each other out to lead to a retention from the champions.
Winners: The Young Bucks
The Patriarchy (c) vs. The House of Black vs. The Bang Bang Gang vs. Pac, Claudio Castagnoli & Wheeler Yuta – 4-Way Ladder Match For The Trios Championships
Bodies will be flying everywhere on this one in what will be a fast-paced match filled with high spots. While it is unknown at the time of writing who the 4th team will be, this feels like a retention for The Patriarchy as their reign has only just begun. Expect Shayna Wayne to be a factor in the match and for Killswitch and Nick Wayne to do a lot of the heavy lifting for their team, clearing the path for Christian Cage to sneak up the ladder and grab the gold.

MJF (c) vs. Will Ospreay – Singles Match For The American Championship
Playing the pro-American and anti-English, MJF is going to be the most hated man in Wembley on August 25th and will likely find a way to rile up the fans even more. While many are expecting a hometeam win for Ospreay, MJF will do everything in his power to keep the American Championship run going. With MJF likely to be a future challenger to the World Championship, Ospreay could win the title here to give a feel-good moment for the UK fans.

Swerve Strickland (c) vs. Bryan Danielson – Title vs. Career Match For The AEW World Championship
Although this will be the biggest AEW crowd Danielson will have performed in front of and Wembley Stadium would be a fitting location for his final match, it doesn’t feel like the time is right for The American Dragon to say goodbye. With an upcoming pay-per-view taking place in his home state of Washington and a couple of major matches left in his career, there’s no reason why Danielson wouldn’t be able to have one final run as the top champion before all is said and done.
