Adam Cole will be away from the ring for an extended period of time.
Cole has announced that his ankle exploded as it broken in 3 places, and he will need surgery.
Cole came to the ring on the September 27th episode of Dynamite alongside MJF. One half of the Ring of Honor Tag Team Champions was seen hobbling to the ring on crutches and his leg in a heavy cast.
Cole informed the crowd that he will need surgery and he will all he can to get back before addressing the upcoming ROH Tag Title match scheduled for WrestleDream, where Cole and MJF and were due to defend the championships against The Righteous.
Just as Cole was about to announce that he was going to give up the championships, MJF interrupted and refused to let that happen. The World Champion then declared that he will go on to WrestleDream to fight The Righteous 2 on 1.
