WWE will celebrate 25 years of Edge in Toronto.
The company will celebrate The Rated R Superstar’s legendary run in WWE, which has seen the Hall of Famer achieve pretty much every accolade there is. Not happy with just basking in the accomplishment, Edge will be having a match on the show, facing off against Sheamus for the first time ever. This is also reportedly set to be the former World Champion’s final match on his current contract.
On the August 11th episode of SmackDown, Rey Mysterio would substitute for Santos Escobar in the United States Championship match. The decision proved to pay off for Mysterio, who defeated Austin Theory and captured the US Title. To discuss the victory and what’s next for the new champion, Mysterio will be a guest on The Grayson Waller Effect.
