Renee Paquette is the latest addition to All Elite Wrestling.

The former WWE backstage interviewer and commentator made her debut on the October 12th edition of AEW Dynamite, which emanated from Paquette’s hometown of Toronto, Canada.

The news was confirmed by AEW President Tony Khan shortly before Dynamite went on the air, with the traditional All Elite graphic being used to confirm the signing.

Renee Paquette was introduced by the announce team as the show opened as the newest member of the AEW announce team. Paquette received a warm welcome from the Toronto crowd shortly before Paquette would introduce Christian Cage for an interview on the top of the entrance ramp.

Paquette would also be seen throughout the show conducting backstage interviews with talent such as Ethan Page and current TBS Champion Jade Cargill.

As previously mentioned, Renee Paquette became best known to wrestling fans for her work in WWE as Renee Young. In her time in WWE, Paquette would host WWE panel shows, conduct backstage interviews and provide commentary on WWE Raw and various WWE pay-per-views. Paquette departed WWE in 2020, and has gone on to host the popular podcast The Sessions.
