The ratings for the May 5th editions of IMPACT Wrestling and New Japan have been published. On average, 108,000 people watched IMPACT while 33,000 people watched New Japan. The numbers have been obtained by Brandon Thurston from Wrestlenomics.
IMPACT has seen a small increase in viewers compared to the previous week. As the April 28th IMPACT drew an average audience of 107,000, the increase calculates to approximately 0.9%. IMPACT saw 51,000 people aged between 18 and 49 years old watch the show, equating to a 0.04 rating, also up from the 0.02 rating from April 28th.
New Japan has seen a drop in viewers. The April 28th show drew an average audience of 46,000, meaning the drop calculates to approximately 28%. New Japan did obtain a 0.01 rating in the key demographic though, up from the 0.00 rating from April 28th.
