The biggest show on the calendar for wrestling fans, WrestleMania 41 will take place over Easter weekend at the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The show will be notable for many fans as this will be John Cena’s final appearance at the show as an active competitor. While many were expecting the final match to be a heartwarming affair at the start of the year, things changed when John Cena turned heel at Elimination Chamber. Now fueled by hate, Cena is looking to make history by becoming the first wrestler to win 17 WWE Championships.
Other notable matches that will take place on the show include Charlotte Flair challenging Tiffany Stratton for the WWE Women’s Championship, Jey Uso challenging Gunther for the World Heavyweight Championship and both Rhea Ripley and Bianca Belair challenging IYO SKY for the Women’s World Championship.
WWE WrestleMania 41 Predictions
WrestleMania 41 Night 1
Jade Cargill vs. Naomi
After being attacked last year, Cargill got some payback on Naomi at Elimination Chamber by attacking her former friend and removing her from the match. Naomi has been doing some great work as a heel and it feels like there is more to this story. However, this will be another Mania victory for Cargill, who looks set to receive a significant push post-Mania.
Winner: Jade Cargill
The War Raiders (c) vs. The New Day
It feels like The New Day have been fumbled since their memorable angle in late 2024 that saw them expel Big E from the group. With a lot of babyface victoires expected on the card and with The New Day having the ability to make the Tag Titles more meaningful, it feels like another reign might be on the horizon for Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods.
Winners: The New Day
LA Knight (c) vs. Jacob Fatu For The United States Championship
Fatu has had a standout run in WWE so far and has not even been on the roster for a year. Remaining undefeated and nearly unstoppable in that time, it doesn’t appear that The Samoan Werewolf’s momentum will be stopping anytime soon. WrestleMania 41 will see the rise of Fatu continue with his first title victory.
Winner: Jacob Fatu
Rey Mysterio vs. El Grande Americano
Given their in-ring abilities this one could be a sleeper hit for one of the best matches of the night. Mysterio will always be loved by the fans and many are still finding humour in the El Grande Americano joke and playing into the fact that Chad Gable might not be under the mask. With a mask vs. mask match being a possibility down the road, there is stong chance that El Grande Americano could pick up the victory here via nefarious means.
Winner: El Grande Americano
Tiffany Stratton (c) vs. Charlotte Flair For The WWE Women’s Championship
Potentially the match that fans are looking forward to the most for all the wrong reasons. With things getting personal between Stratton and Flair over the past few weeks, many are now both more invested in the match and curious as to how it will play out as there is the possibility that things might go off the rails. Stratton fans will be disappointed though as this will be the continuation of the Flair comeback tour that will see The Queen reign supreme.
Winner: Charlotte Flair
Gunther (c) vs. Jey Uso For The World Heavyweight Championship
Much like Flair, Jey Uso was not exactly the most popular winner of the Royal Rumble match when all was said and done back in February and many are hoping to see The Ring General’s reign continue. However, in what will be a David vs. Goliath battle, this will be Uso’s breakout moment and his first World Title win in what will be a very popular result in Las Vegas.
Winner: Jey Uso
Roman Reigns vs. CM Punk vs. Seth Rollins
There is a lot of intrigue heading into the main event. How will Paul Heyman factor into things? Will the No DQ factor of the triple threat match play into things? Does Reigns hate Rollins or Punk more? There is a strong case for either man to emerge victorious in the match and no result will send the fans home unhappy. However, with Reigns not having a title match in the past year, this might be the start of his journey back to the top.
Winner: Roman Reigns
WrestleMania 41 Night 2
IYO SKY (c) vs. Bianca Belair vs. Rhea Ripley For The Women’s World Championship
Although many fans were hoping for more from SKY’s title reign given her in-ring work, this will likely be where her time as Women’s World Champion will come to an end. With there being more to the story between Ripley and Belair and with it being known that Belair is still undefeated at WrestleMania, expect to see a victory for The EST in Las Vegas.
Winner: Bianca Belair
Drew McIntyre vs. Damian Priest In A Sin City Street Fight
Another possible sleeper hit given that both men had standout 2024s and the no DQ stipulation adds the possibility of more dramatic moments. McIntyre feels like he is in need of a big win to reestablish momentum for 2025. While it is unknown where both men will go from here, this feels like another big win for The Scottish Warrior.
Winner: Drew McIntyre
Bron Breakker (c) vs. Dominik Mysterio vs. Finn Balor vs. Penta
Despite the fact that Breakker feels he has the advantage given the prospect of Steiner math, the odds are not in his favour for this one. With 2 members of The Judgment Day in the match and the addition of Penta, Breakker seems unlikely to be walking out of Las Vegas still the champion. Someone will be on the receiving end of a huge spear and interference is expected, potentially from a returning JD McDonagh. Penta or Mysterio feel like the favourites, with a sneak win from Mysterio looking the most likely.
Winner: Dominik Mysterio
AJ Styles vs. Logan Paul
Much like the Seth Rollins match from 2 years ago, Paul has a great ring general in Styles to bounce off of. Expect high spots, interference from YouTubers and smoke and mirrors, but this isn’t a match that Styles should be losing. While not a wanted streak, Paul’s continual losses at Mania will likely continue.
Winner: AJ Styles
Liv Morgan And Raquel Rodriguez (c) vs. Bayley and Lyra Valkyria For The Women’s Tag Team Championships
Possibly one of the more predictable matches of the weekend. WWE is telling the story of uncertainty between Bayley and Valkyria and that Morgan and Rodriguez are the established team. It’s unlikely that Valkyria will become a double champion and this could be foreshadowing a Bayley heel turn. Additionally, it is a shame that neither Women’s Intercontinental nor United States Championships will be featured given that it is the title’s debut appearance at Mania.
Winners: Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez
Cody Rhodes vs. John Cena For The Undisputed Championship
Cena has promised to win the all important 17th championship, erase Ric Flair’s legacy and retire as champion. Although the second 2 promises are uncertain, the first one is. Rhodes has been champion for over a year and Cena will close the show like he has done many times before, as WWE Champion. The only uncertainties are how Cena wins the title, whether The Rock will make an appearance and what happens next.
Winner: John Cena
