The Bloodline dissension continued and more on WWE SmackDown.
As Paul Heyman continues to struggle to hold The Bloodline together, defacto leader Solo Sikoa has since taken over leadership duties and made a major decision as he anointed recent Bloodline member Tonga Loa into the group.
Additionally, the fallout from the June 1st episode of SmackDown was addressed, which saw AJ Styles attack Cody Rhodes to close out the show.
The Following Results Took Place On WWE SmackDown:
- A video package recapped the events of last week, which saw AJ Styles attack Cody Rhodes after initially faking a retirement speech
- The Bloodline opened the show. Paul Heyman declared that Solo Sikoa is The Head of the Table and Tonga Loa was named the right-hand man. The crowd chanted “We want Roman” on multiple occasions. Paul was forced to thank Tonga for saving him from Kevin Owens the previous week. Tonga noted that they could have let Heyman be attacked but he was following the orders of The Tribal Chief. Kevin Owens stormed to the ring and was beaten down by The Bloodline before The Street Profits made the save.
- Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill defeated Candice LeRae and Indi Hartwell. After the match, Alba Fyre, Isla Dawn, Zoey Stark and Shayna Baszler attacked the other teams.
- Grayson Waller defeated Johnny Gargano
- Cody Rhodes made his way to the ring and demanded AJ Styles meet him. Styles was with Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson when Rhodes suggested an “I Quit” match between them both, which was later made official for Clash at the Castle. Both men brawled but were separated
- LA Knight defeated Carmelo Hayes
- Bayley appeared for a promo segment but was interrupted by Piper Niven, who hyped up the upcoming match at Clash at the Castle.
- Kevin Owens and The Street Profits defeated The Bloodline via DQ. The Bloodline stood tall to end the show.
