The European tour continues with a WWE SmackDown taping live in Bologna, Italy.
On the March 10th Raw, Roman Reigns made his return to TV by attacking CM Punk and Seth Rollins, who were competing in a steel cage match in the main event of the show. As announced by Paul Heyman, Reigns will be appearing live on SmackDown in Italy, likely to address the attack and to set up the WrestleMania triple threat match. Additionally, Rollins has announced that he will also be paying a trip to SmackDown to the a part of the show.
On the March 14th SmackDown, Jacob Fatu attacked Braun Strowman after the match with multiple moonsaults, much like he did back in January prior to Saturday Night’s Main Event. Following the attack it was announced that Fatu vs. Storwman would take place the following week.
Also on the March 14th SmackDown, Jade Cargill saw her interview interrupted by Liv Morgan, who called out Cargill for being blamed for the attack and the repercussions. Feeling disrespected at being interrupted, Cargill vs.Morgan has been announced for the show in what will be Cargill’s return match.
The final match announced sees Zelina Vega vs. Piper Niven as Vega expressed she wanted a future shot at Chelsea Green’s Women’s United States Championship.
While the show will air on delay in the United States, international markets will be able to watch SmackDown live on Netflix.
