The fallout from the WrestleMania press conference and more will take place on WWE SmackDown.
The world is talking following the events that took place at the WrestleMania 40 press conference in Las Vegas, which saw Cody Rhodes make his WrestleMania decision. With The American Nightmare scheduled to appear live on SmackDown, expect a thunderous ovation for Rhodes on the show and for the events that took place in Vegas to be addressed.
With Elimination Chamber on the horizon, the card begins to take shape with multiple matches announced for the event. The Women’s Elimination Chamber match will see the number one contender for Rhea Ripley’s challenger determined. With Becky Lynch already qualified, Bianca Belair will face Michin on SmackDown, with the winner advancing to the Premium Live Event.
On the February 5th episode of Raw, DIY won a Fatal 4-Way match to advance to SmackDown. Johnny Gargano and Tomasso Ciampa will face Pete Dunne and Tyler Bate, with the winners going on to Elimination Chamber to challenge The Judgment Day for the Tag Team Championships.
