WWE Night of Champions 2025 aired live from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on June 28 and was headlined with the latest John Cena Undisputed Championship defence.

After being confronted by CM Punk on Raw, who demanded a title match, Cena agreed under the condition that Punk follow him to Saudi Arabia, marking the Chicago native’s first appearance in the kingdom.

The show also saw the finals of the King and Queen of the Ring tournaments take place. Old rivals Randy Orton and Cody Rhodes faced off in the last match of the men’s tournament, and Jade Cargill faced Asuka in the finals of the women’s tournament. Whoever was victorious would earn a shot at their respective top championship at SummerSlam in August. Additionally, Rhea Ripley faced Raquel Rodriguez in a street fight and Karrion Kross faced Sami Zayn.

Michael Cole and Wade Barrett were on commentary for the Premium Live Event.

  • Jade Cargill defeated Asuka to win the Queen of the Ring tournament
  • John Cena defeated CM Punk to retain the Undisputed WWE Championship
