The host city for WWE Elimination Chamber 2026 is all but confirmed as multiple outlets have stated where the Premium Live Event will take place next year.
As reported by Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics and corroborated by Dave Meltzer, next year’s show will take place in Chicago on Saturday, February 28. While there is no information regarding the venue for the show, it is noted that the Allstate Arena has been the host for WWE’s last few events in the city. WWE are yet to make an official announcement on the upcoming PLE.
Meltzer also added that although the February 28 is pencilled in, there is also the possibility that the company could move the show a week earlier or later if AEW decide to host a PPV around that time:
“The Rumble date is pretty locked in. It wouldn’t shock me to see the Chamber date changed a week in either direction if they want to compete with AEW.”
Traditionally, AEW Revolution takes place around that time of year, which is one of the rival promotion’s mainstays on the calendar, having been an annual fixture since 2020.
Now typically the final PLE before WrestleMania, Elimination Chamber features men’s and women’s matches inside the structure of the same name. Traditionally, the matches are to determine WrestleMania opponents for the champions not chosen by Royal Rumble winners.
