Vince McMahon is banned from visiting WWE HQ.
Back in January 2024, Vince McMahon was accused by former WWE employee Janel Grant of sexual misconduct and trafficking. As a result of the accusations, McMahon resigned from his executive positions in both WWE and parent company TKO Holdings while still denying all allegations and has continued to defend himself as the case continues.
Following his exit, McMahon’s name has been effectively erased from existence with his profiles removed from company websites and any mention of his name is strictly forbidden on WWE programming. In a new interview with a former employee, it has since been revealed that this ban stretches to company headquarters.
Tom Carlucci was a former employee of WWE and worked with McMahon in multiple departments from 1987 until his release during the pandemic. Carlucci was recently interviewed on The Insiders podcast by Conrad Thompson and discussed his relationship with McMahon and how the company has altered since his exit. While Carlucci is no longer an employee for WWE, his wife still works for the company and his son does freelance work.
Despite being released from the company and the allegations that have come to light, Carlucci stated that he would not say a bad word about McMahon and knows nothing more than the general public does:
“I will never ever badmouth [Vince]. Now, what’s going on with Vince now, it’s a totally different story. There’s three sides to every story in my book. So, stuff is gonna come out and you’ll see it. I don’t know anything about it but it is what it is as we all know.”

Continuing, Carlucci discussed the new headquarters and how it was McMahon’s dream to have all departments in the same building. However, although he got his wish, he is banned from entering the building:
“He can’t even walk in the building…that’s crazy that you drive by that building [and] you got that big championship belt. He always wanted us from day one…because we were in two different buildings. We had the corporate off exit 9 and then we were right down the street from the corporate office. Our big production studio. He always wanted us under one roof. That was his dream to have us under one roof. The dream came and he’s not even a part of it anymore.”
Carlucci also added that the new HQ contains a custom gym that McMahon helped design, which he is also banned from using:
