TNA No Surrender 2026 took place on Friday 13 February in Nashville, Tennessee.

Two title changes took place on the show as a new International and a new Knockouts Champion were crowned on the show. Additionally, a new number one contender was crowned for the Knockouts Championship in a battle royal, and World Champion Mike Santana teamed with Leon Slater in the main event.

Pre-Show:

  • Sinner & Saint (Judas Icarus and Travis Williams) defeated Brad Attitude and TW3
  • Frankie Kazarian defeated Alan Angels

Main card:

  • Jody Threat won by last eliminating Tessa Blanchard in a Knockouts battle royal for a future TNA Knockouts World Championship match
  • Trey Miguel (with Teddy Swims) defeated Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo (c) (with Arianna Grace) to become the new International Champion. This was Miguel’s Feast or Fired International Title match
  • Mance Warner (with Steph De Lander) defeated Mike Jackson by pinfall
  • The Elegance Brand (Heather by Elegance and M by Elegance) (c) (with Ash by Elegance, Mr. Elegance, and The Personal Concierge) defeated Indi Hartwell and Xia Brookside to retain the TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Championship
  • Eric Young defeated BDE
  • Arianna Grace (with Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo) defeated Léi Yǐng Lee (c)  to become the new TNA Knockouts World Champion
  • Order 4 (Mustafa Ali, Jason Hotch, John Skyler, and Special Agent 0) defeated The Righteous (Vincent and Dutch) and The Hardys (Jeff Hardy and Matt Hardy)
  • Mike Santana and Leon Slater defeated Nic Nemeth and Eddie Edwards
