When all was said and done, Kevin Knight was crowned the new champion after picking up the winning pin the match on Daniel Garcia. Knight won the match by hitting the UFO splash onto Garcia. Knight’s tag team partner, Mike Bailey, who was also in the match, looked dejected at ringside as he was unable to capture the championship.
The night before Dynasty, Knight, Bailey and Mistico lost the Trios Championships to The Dogs on Collision.
The order of entrants in the match was as follows:
- Tommaso Ciampa
- Rush
- Bandido
- “Speedball” Mike Bailey
- El Clon
- Pac

The victory marks Knight’s first reign as a singles champion in All Elite Wrestling. Knight is a 2-time former Trios Champion.
This was the second title change on Dynasty, as Orange Cassidy, Roderick Strong and a returning Kyle O’Reilly won the Trios Championships later in the night.
