The upcoming AEW Blood and Guts special episode of Dynamite will air longer than the standard 2 hour timeslot.
On November 12, the brutal double cage match will make its return once more, and will see a women’s match take place on the show for the first time in company history. Given that both the matches will take a considerable amount of time due to the nature of the stipulation, it has been revealed that the TBS network has given the upcoming special a 2 and a half hour runtime, with the option of an overrun if needed, which Tony Khan has regularly used.
Currently in the first year of their new media rights deal, All Elite Wrestling has put on multiple extended episodes of the show, which has sometimes seen Dynamite and Collision air back to back as part of a 4 hour runtime.
