WWE Night Of Champions 2023 Preview

WWE returns to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on Saturday May 27th as the company presents the Night of Champions Premium Live Event.

With Roman Reigns being drafted exclusively to SmackDown, Raw was left without a World Champion. Triple H would announce that a tournament would be taking place, where the winner would be crowned the new World Heavyweight Champion, and will be a representative of the Raw brand. The tournament will conclude at Night of Champions, with Seth Rollins and AJ Styles battling it out to become the first man to hold the title.

Brock Lesnar is not happy about losing to Cody Rhodes at Backlash, with The American Nightmare outsmarting The Beast with a technical roll-up. Lesnar would attack Rhodes on Raw, demanding a fight to take place at Night of Champions.

With Becky Lynch and Trish Stratus losing the Women’s Tag Team Championships, The WWE Hall of Famer turned on The Man after the loss. Following multiple insults by both Superstars, the two former friends will clash at Night of Champions.

Roman Reigns is irate at The Usos for losing the Undisputed Tag Team Championships to Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn. To attempt to bring the titles back to The Bloodline, Reigns has elected that he and Solo Sikoa team up to face Owens and Zayn at Night of Champions.
