The weekly programming for All Elite Wrestling is to be expanded.
As announced on Wednesday May 17th, AEW will launch a new show on Saturday June 17th, which will be titled AEW Collision. The announcement was made during the Warner Bros. Discovery Upfront event, which highlights future shows coming to the network.
The Saturday show will add to AEW Dynamite airing on Wednesdays and AEW Rampage airing on Fridays.
Headline talent featured for the upcoming show will include returning stars Thunder Rosa, Miro and Andrade El Idolo, along with mainstays Samoa Joe and Powerhouse Hobbs.
It should be noted that one big name conspicuous by their absence is CM Punk. It was heavily rumoured that following the events of the infamous All Out post show media scrum, Punk and The Elite would be separated on TV shows, with Punk competing on Collision and The Elite remaining on Dynamite. While Punk has yet to be announced, it is being speculated that the former AEW World Champion will be making a surprise appearance on the debut episode.

NEW YORK (May 17, 2023) – TNT launches a second night of professional wrestling with a new tentpole series, “AEW: Collision” on Saturday, June 17, it was announced today by Kathleen Finch, Chairman and Chief Content Officer, US Networks Group, Warner Bros. Discovery, during the company’s 2023 Upfront presentation at Madison Square Garden in New York City. Along with “AEW: Dynamite,” Friday night’s “AEW: Rampage,” the recent follow-doc “AEW: All Access,” and now “AEW: Collision,” TNT and TBS deliver the best matches and most entertaining moments in professional wrestling today.
