The fallout from Backlash and the start of a tournament have been announced for the May 8th episode of WWE Raw.

The Raw representative hoping to become the inaugural World Heavyweight Champion will be determined on the show. WWE have announced that 2 triple threat matches will be taking place, with the winners facing off later on in the night.

The overall winner will go on to Night of Champions to face the SmackDown representative who will qualify in the same way. The 6 announced competitors for Raw are as follows:

• Finn Bálor
• Seth “Freakin” Rollins
• Shinsuke Nakamura
• The Miz
