SmackDown has seen an increase in viewers compared to the previous week. With the April 21st episode drawing an average audience of 2.175 million, the increase calculates to approximately 13.7%. SmackDown obtained an 18-49 rating of 0.67, also up from the 0.54 rating from the previous week.

SmackDown saw night 1 of the 2023 WWE Draft take place.
