Bad Bunny will be competing in a singles match for the first time at the Backlash Premium Live Event.
The Grammy ward winning megastar made his return to WWE on the April 24th edition of Raw, fully recovered after an attack by Damian Priest on the Raw after WrestleMania.
Kendo stick in hand, Bunny confronted Priest and struck the former United States Champion multiple times.
As Priest fled, Bad Bunny climbed onto the announcers table with a microphone in hand. The rap star then revealed that he is not hosting Backlash, but in fact competing. The challenge was then made for a street fight to take place between the two former friends.
The updated line-up for WWE Backlash is as follows:
- Cody Rhodes vs. Brock Lesnar
- Jimmy Uso, Jey Uso and Solo Sikoa vs. Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn and Matt Riddle
- Seth Rollins vs. Omos
- Rhea Ripley (c) vs. Zelina Vega – Singles match for the SmackDown Women’s Championship
- Austin Theory (c) vs. Bobby Lashley vs. Bronson Reed – Triple threat match for the United States Championship
- Bianca Belair (c) vs. IYO SKY – Singles match for the Raw Women’s Championship
- Bad Bunny vs. Damian Priest – Street Fight
