Three more matches have been announced for the WWE Backlash Premium Live Event on Saturday, May 6th.
Zelina Vega was seen in WWE Official Adam Pearce’s office on the April 21st edition of SmackDown. Vega stated how she has had problems with SmackDown Women’s Champion Rhea Ripley, and wanted to be on the card at the PLE taking place in her home country of Puerto Rico. The former Queen’s Crown winner then issued a challenge to face Ripley for the title, which was later made official.
The April 17th episode of WWE Raw would see a match between Bobby Lashley and United States Champion Austin Theory end in a no contest, thanks to interference by Bronson Reed. It has been announced that at Backlash Theory will defend the title against both Lashley and Reed in a triple threat match.
Seth Rollins will face his biggest challenge ever at Backlash. The Visionary has been announced as the opponent for The Nigerian Giant Omos at the Premium Live Event.

- Cody Rhodes vs. Brock Lesnar
- Jimmy Uso, Jey Uso and Solo Sikoa vs. Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn and Matt Riddle
- Seth Rollins vs. Omos
- Rhea Ripley (c) vs. Zelina Vega – Singles match for the SmackDown Women’s Championship
- Austin Theory (c) vs. Bobby Lashley vs. Bronson Reed – Triple threat match for the United States Championship
