WWE SmackDown Preview 7/4/23

The first SmackDown after WrestleMania takes place on April 7th, concluding the fallout to the biggest show of WWE’s calendar.

Following an appearance on the Raw after Mania, Triple H will be making another appearance onscreen. The Chief Content Officer will address the WWE Universe once again on SmackDown.

Rhea Ripley defeated Charlotte Flair to become the new queen of the SmackDown Women’s division and capture the SmackDown Women’s Championship in the process. The new champion will be appearing live on the show.

Also on night one of WrestleMania, Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn defeated The Usos in the main event to become the new Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champions. Both Zayn and Owens will appear live, with Zayn also scheduled to have a match. Zayn will take on Jey Uso on SmackDown, with The Bloodline member out for retribution following the events of WrestleMania.

  • Rey Mysterio & Santos Escobar vs. Dominik Mysterio & Damian Priest
  • Sami Zayn vs. Jey Uso
  • The Brawling Brutes vs. Imperium
  • Triple H to address the WWE Universe
  • Rhea Ripley to appear
  • Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn to appear
