WWE will present the King and Queen of the Ring Premium Live Event on Saturday May 27th, which will be airing live from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

With the King of the Ring and Queen’s Crown tournaments concluding at the 2021 Crown Jewel event, this will be the first time since 2015 that the tournament will have its own event.

The event will be first WWE PLE to take place following WrestleMania 39, and will continue the international tour of events by the company. Elimination Chamber was hosted in Montreal, Canada and Money in the Bank will air live from London, England.

The announcement continues the lengthy relationship between WWE and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which is reportedly a 10 year partnership. The 2022 Crown Jewel event was main evented by Logan Paul challenging Roman Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship.
