Austin Theory will defend the United States Championship on the next episode of WWE Raw.
Following a successful retention in the Elimination Chamber match, last eliminating Seth Rollins thanks to interference from Logan Paul, Theory appeared at the post show press conference.
The US Champion asked who is going to step up, issuing an open challenge for the title on the February 20th edition of Raw. Theory stated that no one is at his level, and no one is going to accept the challenge.
The press conference would continue with Edge and Beth Phoenix, who won their match against The Judgment Day’s Finn Balor and Rhea Ripley.
Edge ended his interview by referencing the open challenge, also stating that he hasn’t had gold in a long time. The Rated R Superstar questioned the work ethic of Austin Theory, accepting the challenge.
While not yet announced, expect Women’s Elimination Chamber match winner Asuka to meet he WrestleMania opponent Bianca Belair face-to-face on the fallout episode of Raw. As Asuka was victorious in the chamber, the former Raw Women’s Champion has the opportunity in April to capture the gold once again.
