Samoa Joe is the TNT Champion for a second time following a victory on the February 1st edition of AEW Dynamite.

The match took place in the main event of the show, as was competed under the No Holds Barred stipulation. Both men took advantage of this, with Joe driving Allin into upright steel chairs and Allin hitting a Coffin Drop while wearing a hoodie with thumbtacks attached.

An incensed Darby Allin would roll to the outside of the ring and cut the cable ties holding the ring mat down, exposing the wooden boards underneath. Allin went for a dive to the outside, but Joe moved out of the way, sending Allin to through a table.

The match would end when Samoa Joe hit a muscle buster onto Allin onto the exposed boards, winning the match and the championship in the process.

After the match, the music of Wardlow hit, who was last seen getting his hair cut by Joe. A shorter haired Wardlow attempted to powerbomb the new champion, but Joe would escape. Security tried to escort Wardlow out of the ring, but were easily thought off.

Allin was the one who initially defeated Joe to become the new champion. With the title change, both men are now 2 time TNT Champions.
