Bayley vs. Becky Lynch inside a Steel Cage will be taking place on a future episode of Raw.
The match was originally due to take place on the Raw XXX celebration show. However, despite both competitors entering the cage, the match never officially began. Instead, Lynch was the victim of a 3 on 1 beatdown by Damage CTRL.
The reported reason why the match never officially took place was becasue the opening segment of Raw XXX, the Tribal Court of Sami Zayn, went on for too long. Becasue of the scheduling conflict, the cage match was cut.
During the January 30th broadcast, Becky Lynch brought out an injured Dakota Kai to the ramp while Bayley was in the ring. As Lynch threatened to further injure Kai, Bayley agreed to step inside the cage once again.
The line-up for the February 6th edition of WWE Raw is as follows:
- Becky Lynch vs. Bayley – Steel Cage match
- Montez Ford vs. Elias – Elimination Chamber qualifying match
- Angelo Dawkins vs. Damian Priest – Elimination Chamber qualifying match
- Michin vs. Piper Niven vs. Carmella vs. Candice LeRae – Elimination Chamber qualifying match
