All of the first round matches have concluded in the SmackDown Tag Title Tournament, where the winners will face The Usos for the SmackDown Tag Team Championships.

All of the matches took place during the January 20th broadcast of the blue brand.

The first match would see Sheamus and Drew McIntyre defeat The Viking Raiders to advance. The team of the former WWE Champions will face Hit Row in the next round, with Hit Row defeating Los Lotharios in their first round match.

Drew McIntyre and Sheamus will not be facing off against allies The Brawling Brutes, as Ridge Holland and Butch lost their first round match to Imperium. The final first round match would see Legado Del Fantasma defeat the Maximum Male Models to advance to the semi-finals.

The semi-final matches are as follows:

• Drew McIntyre and Sheamus vs. Hit Row
• Legado Del Fantasma vs. Imperium

The matches have been announced to take place on Friday January 27th.
