The ratings for the final episodes of SmackDown and Rampage in 2022 have been published. On average, 2.629 million people watched the December 30th edition of SmackDown and 470,000 people watched Rampage. The viewing figures have been obtained via Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics:
Compared to the previous week, SmackDown has seen an increase in viewers while Rampage has seen a decrease. As the December 23rd SmackDown drew an average audience of 2.376 million, the increase calculates to approximately 10.6%. As noted by Thurston, this is the highest total viewership for SmackDown since Christmas 2020. SmackDown obtained an 18-49 demographic rating of 0.64, also up from the 0.55 rating from the previous week.
The December 23rd edition of Rampage drew an average audience of 566,000, meaning that the drop calculates to approximately 17%. Rampage obtained a key demographic rating of 0.12, also down from the 0.18 rating from December 23rd.
SmackDown saw the return of Charlotte Flair to the blue brand, who won the SmackDown Women’s Championship upon the return.
