The November 25th edition of AEW Rampage will be broadcast from the Wintrust Arena in Chicago, Illinois. The show has been pre-taped, with the tapings taking place after the November 23rd episode of AEW Dynamite went off the air.

A title match will be taking place on the show. Top Flight challenged FTR to a match for the Ring of Honor Tag Team Championships on Dynamite, which the champions accepted. FTR vs. Top Flight will be taking place on Rampage.

Also on the November 23rd episode of Dynamite, Ring of Honor World Champion Chris Jericho would successfully defend the title against Tomohiro Ishii in the main event of the show. After the match, Jericho was attacked by Claudio Castagnoli as the show went off of the air. Chris Jericho will be appearing in front of the AEW crowd on Rampage.
