The November 11th edition of SmackDown will be broadcast live from the Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Indiana. The show will feature a major title match, a number one contenders match and the start of the SmackDown World Cup.
The Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championships will be on the line on SmackDown. Following the Usos successfully retaining the titles at Crown Jewel, Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods of The New Day are next in line to challenge for the championships. This match is especially important for the New Day, because if they are unsuccessful in capturing the titles, The Usos will break the record for longest ever reign with the WWE Tag team Championships, a record currently held by The New Day.
The next challenger for the SmackDown Women’s Champion will be determined on the show. Liv Morgan, Sonya Deville, Xia Li, Raquel Rodriguez, Shotzi and Lacey Evans will compete in a 6 pack challenge match on SmackDown. The winner will be the next in line to challenge Ronda Rousey for the SmackDown Women’s championship at a date to be determined.
The November 11th SmackDown will also see the beginning of the SmackDown World Cup take place. The winner will receive a shot at Intercontinental Champion Gunther. The only participants that have been announced are Shinsuke Nakamura and Santos Escobar, who will face off in the first round match.
