The ratings for the October 18th editions of WWE NXT and AEW Dynamite have been published. On average, 676,000 people watched NXT and 752,000 people watched Dynamite. The figures have been obtained via Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics:
Compared to the previous week, both shows have seen a drop in viewers. As the October 11th NXT drew an average audience of 737,000, the drop calculates to approximately 8.3%. NXT drew a key demographic rating of 0.18, up from the 0.15 rating from October 11th.
The October 12th edition of AEW Dynamite drew an average audience of 983,000, meaning that the drop calculates to approximately 23.5%. AEW obtained a key demographic rating of 0.26, also down from the 0.32 rating from October 12th. It should be noted that AEW aired on Tuesday night, instead of the usual Wednesday night primetime spot.
As reported by ShowBuzz Daily, AEW ranked 8th and NXT ranked 12th for key demographic viewership on Tuesday night. NBA Basketball took the top spot in the rankings.
NXT saw the final build to Halloween Havoc take place and AEW saw the main event of Full Gear determined.
