The October 7th edition of AEW Rampage will be broadcast live, as opposed to the usual format of being pre-taped after AEW Dynamite. The show will be taking place in Washington D.C, with Battle of The Belts taking place immediately afterwards.
The Blackpool Combat Club reunites for a 6 man tag team match on Rampage. AEW World Champion Jon Moxley will team with Claudio Castagnoli and Wheeler Yuta to take on Rush and Private Party.
The originally planned match for the October 7th Rampage was a match between Dark Order’s 10 and Andrade el Idolo, with 10’s mask and Andrade’s AEW career at state. However, due to a backstage altercation, the match was pulled and replaced with a title match. While Andrade will not be on the show, 10 will team with The Dark Order to face off against AEW Trios Champions Death Triangle with the titles on the line.
The following matches have been announced to take place on AEW Rampage:
- Jon Moxley, Wheeler Yuta and Claudio Castagnoli vs. Rush and Private Party
