The September 30th edition of WWE SmackDown will be broadcast live from the Canada Life Centre in Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada. It should be noted that while the show is taking place in Canada, WWE Superstars that are based in Florida may not be attending the show due to the impact of Hurricane Ian.

Shotzi emerged as an ally for Raquel Gonzalez on the September 23rd edition of SmackDown. Bayley will be out for vengeance as she will face Shotzi in a singles match on SmackDown.

The September 23rd SmackDown also saw an alliance between Sami Zayn and Solo Sikoa take place. Sikoa and Zayn will be teaming up for the first time as they take on Madcap Moss and Ricochet on SmackDown.
