The ratings for the September 28th edition of AEW Dynamite have been published. On average, 990,000 people watched the latest episode of All Elite Wrestling’s flagship show. The figures have been obtained via Brandon Thurston from Wrestlenomics:
Compared to the previous week, AEW Dynamite has seen a drop in viewers. As the September 21st Grand Slam edition of Dynamite saw an average audience of 1.039 million, the drop calculates to approximately 4.7%. Dynamite obtained a key demographic rating of 0.34, also down from the 0.35 rating from AEW Grand Slam.
As reported by ShowBuzz Daily, AEW Dynamite ranked 9th overall for key demographic viewership on Wednesday night. Coverage on Hurricane Ian took the top 7 spots, with Tucker Carlson Tonight ranking 8th.
AEW Dynamite was bookended by Ring of Honor World Champion Chris Jericho opening and closing the show. Jericho successfully defended the title in the main event of the show.
