The September 13th edition of NXT will mark 1 year since the NXT brand was repackaged to NXT 2.0. To mark the occasion, two championships will be defended on the show, with aspects of the respective title matches being voted on by the WWE Universe.
One of the titles being defended on NXT will be the NXT Tag Team Championships. Champions Pretty Deadly will be defending the titles against The Creed Brothers on the show, where the fans can pick the stipulation for the tag team match. Voting has now closed and WWE have announced that the title match will take place inside a Steel Cage.
The second championship to be defended on the NXT 2.0 anniversary show will be the North American Championship. Carmelo Hayes will be putting the title on the line against either Joe Gacy, Wes Lee or Von Wagner. - Fallon Henley vs. Lash Legend
- Pretty Deadly (c) vs. the Creed Brothers – Steel Cage match for the NXT Tag Team Championships
- NXT North American Champion Carmelo Hayes to defend against either Joe Gacy, Von Wagner or Wes Lee
- Tony D’Angelo and Stacks vs. Cameron Grimes and a partner TBA
- Nikkita Lyons and Zoey Stark vs. Arianna Grace and Kiana James
- Hank Walker vs. Javier Bernal
