The September 12th edition of WWE Raw will feature a championship match, a Hall of Famer in action and a highly anticipated return to the ring.

Following the victory by Aliyah and Raquel Rodriguez to become the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions, the champions will be defending the titles for the first time on Raw. Aliyah and Rodriguez will be defending against Dakota Kai and IYO SKY, who lost to Aliyah and Rodriguez in the final.

Former NXT Champion Johnny Gargano returned to WWE on August 22nd. Gargano will be looking to live up to his Johnny Wrestling nickname as Gargano will be returning to action on Raw. At the time of writing, Gargano’s opponent has not been announced.

Dominik Mysterio shockingly turned on Edge at the Clash at the Castle Premium Live Event. On September 5th, The Judgment Day continued their attack on The Rated R Superstar, targeting Edge’s leg. It has been announced that Mysterio vs. Edge will be taking place on Raw.

The following matches have been announced to take place on WWE Raw:

• Johnny Gargano returns to the ring
• Raquel Rodriguez and Aliyah (c) vs. IOY SKY and Dakota Kai – Tag team match for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships.
• Dominik Mysterio vs. Edge
• Bianca Belair to defend the Raw Women’s Championship in an open challenge.
