“The Lionheart” Chris Jericho will face “The American Dragon” Bryan Danielson at the AEW All Out pay-per-view, which will be taking place on Sunday September 4th.
Following Danielson beating Daniel Garcia in a 2 out of 3 falls match on the August 17th Dynamite, Jericho would attack The American Dragon post-match. Garcia was conflicted by the attack, dragging the leader of the Jericho Appreciation society off of Danielson.
The August 24th Dynamite would open with Chris Jericho demanding that Daniel Garcia call himself a sports entertainer and not a wrestler. A conflicted Garcia would push Jericho down and walk to the back. Danielson would then make his way to the ring and would state that he is not the biggest fan of sport entertainment but found the interaction entertaining.
Jericho would respond stating that he knows more about wrestling than Danielson ever will. Jericho then confirmed that the match would take place at All Out, which would then see Jake Hager and Bryan Danielson blindside The American Dragon.
