More matches have been added to the NXT Heatwave special edition episode, which is taking place on Tuesday August 16th.

The North American title will be on the line at NXT Heatwave. Giovanni Vinci has been on a roll since arriving in NXT a few weeks ago. Vinci looks to build on that momentum as he challenges Carmelo Hayes for the North American Championship on August 16th.

Former Tag Team Champions will collide at Heatwave. Following Cora Jade’s shocking turn on Roxanne Perez, which cost Perez’s opportunity to become the new NXT Women’s Champion, the former partners of Team 2001 will face of in singles action at NXT Heatwave.

• Bron Breakker (c) vs. JD McDonagh – Singles match for the NXT Championship.
• Carmelo Hayes (c) vs. Giovanni Vinci – Singles match for the North American Championship.
• Santos Escobar vs. Tony D’Angelo – If Escobar loses then he is banished from NXT.
• Mandy Rose (c) vs. Zoey Stark – Singles match for the NXT Women’s Championship
• Cora Jade vs. Roxanne Perez
