All Elite Wrestling have announced 2 matches that will be taking place on the Fyter Fest special, due to air on Wednesday July 13th.
A championship match has been booked for Fyter Fest. AEW Tag Team Champions The Young Bucks will be putting the title on the line in a 3 way match, marketed as a triple or nothing match. Matt and Nick Jackson will be defending against the teams of Keith Lee and Swerve Strickland and Powerhouse Hobbs and Ricky Starks.
The second match announced will see the third AEW match for recent signee Claudio Castagnoli take place. Castagnoli will be facing off against an old rival on July 13th as he takes on Jericho Appreciation Society member Jake Hager.
The following has been confirmed for AEW Fyter Fest night 1:
- The Young Bucks (c) vs. Swerve in our Glory [Keith Lee and Swerve Strickland] vs. Team Taz [Ricky Starks and Powerhouse Hobbs] – Triple or nothing match for the AEW Tag Team Championships.
- Claudio Castagnoli vs. Jake Hager.
