The ratings for the June 24th editions of WWE SmackDown and AEW Rampage have been published. On average, 2.231 million people watched SmackDown and 422,000 watched Rampage. The numbers have been obtained by Brandon Thurston from Wrestlenomics:
Compared to the previous week, SmackDown has seen a decrease in viewers and AEW Rampage has seen an increase. The June 17th SmackDown drew an average audience of 2.389 million, meaning that the decrease calculates to approximately 6.61%. SmackDown obtained a 0.53 key demographic rating, also down from the 0.62 rating from June 17th.
The June 17th Rampage drew an average audience of 369,000, meaning that the increase in viewers for the AEW show calculates to approximately 14.4%. Rampage also drew a key demographic rating of 0.12, equal to the June 17th show.
SmackDown saw Pat McAfee lay down a SummerSlam challenge to Happy Corbin. Rampage saw the final build to the Forbidden Door pay-per-view take place.
