The American Dragon started by promoting The Forbidden Door pay-per-view, stating that he wanted to have a memorable technical wrestling match with Zack Sabre Jr and then get revenge on Chris Jericho on June 29th.

Bryan Danielson would then state that he has some good news and bad news. The bad news was that Danielson has not been cleared to compete at Forbidden Door or Blood and Guts. However, the AEW star did provide some positive news that he will be back in the future. The good news was then revealed, which was that Danielson has found a replacement at Forbidden Door, which was described as the one person that he trusts and that we would be astounded by what they can do in AEW.
