AEW star Bryan Danielson will not be at Forbidden Door or the Blood and Guts Dynamite special on June 29th.
Danielson opened the June 22nd edition of AEW Dynamite. Bryan has not been seen on AEW TV since the Anarchy in the Arena match at the Double or Nothing pay-per-view, which is where the reported injury took place. The American Dragon started by promoting The Forbidden Door pay-per-view, stating that he wanted to have a memorable technical wrestling match with Zack Sabre Jr and then get revenge on Chris Jericho on June 29th.
Bryan Danielson would then state that he has some good news and bad news. The bad news was that Danielson has not been cleared to compete at Forbidden Door or Blood and Guts. However, the AEW star did provide some positive news that he will be back in the future. The good news was then revealed, which was that Danielson has found a replacement at Forbidden Door, which was described as the one person that he trusts and that we would be astounded by what they can do in AEW.
The crowd would then chant who, but Bryan would not say. Sabre Jr. would then come out to the entrance ramp to stare down Danielson as the segment came to a close.
