The Creed Brothers are the new NXT Tag Team Champions following a victory over now former champions Pretty Deadly at the NXT Premium Live Event In Your House.
The match had high stakes going in for Julius and Brutus, as Diamond Mine leader Roderick Strong previously stated that if the brothers did not win the titles, they would be out of the group.
Now former champions Pretty Deadly were frequently outwrestled during the contest. However, the British team used multiple referee distractions to gain the upper hand in the match. Brutus would eventually get the hot tag and would lay out both members of Pretty Deadly. The ending of the match saw Julius hit a huge Shooting Star Press and a clothesline to become the new champions.
Following the victory, Julius and Brutus Creed celebrated with the titles and their father, who was sat front row to watch the Diamond Mine members capture the titles for the first time in their career.
This was the second championship to change hands at In Your House. Earlier in the show, Carmelo Hayes defeated Cameron Grimes to become a 2 time North American Champion.
