The ratings have been published for the March 18th editions of WWE SmackDown and AEW Rampage. On average, 2.147 million people watched SmackDown while 398,000 people watched Rampage. The numbers have been obtained by Brandon Thurston from Wrestlenomics:
Both shows have seen a drop in viewers compared to the previous week. As the March 11th SmackDown saw an average viewership of 2.226 million, the drop calculates to approximately 3.5%. In regards to key demographic viewership, SmackDown obtained a 0.58 in the 18 to 49 age range, up from the 0.57 rating from March 11th.
In regards to AEW Rampage, the March 11th show drew an average audience of 526,000. The drop in viewers for Rampage calculates to approximately 24.3%. It should be noted that the drop in viewers can be attributed to the fact that Rampage aired later than the usual Friday night timeslot on March 18th. Rampage obtained a 0.13 rating in the key demographic age range, down from the 0.22 rating from March 11th.
The biggest story from SmackDown was Brock Lesnar attacking Roman Reigns with a forklift truck while Rampage saw Keith Lee competing.
