Xavier Woods Returns At WWE Live Event

Xavier Woods made a return to in-ring competition at a WWE Live Event.

The reigning King of the Ring returned to action at the March 12th house show, which took place at the Mississippi Coliseum in Jackson, Mississippi. In the return match, Woods teamed with Kofi Kingston in a triple threat match to face the teams of Sheamus and Ridge Holland and The Usos. The SmackDown Tag Team Championships were on the line in the match, with The Usos retaining the titles at the event.

Xavier Woods was last seen on WWE TV on the January 7th edition of SmackDown. On the show, Woods and Kingston challenged Jimmy and Jey Uso for the titles in a Street Fight. The following week, Woods was diagnosed with a torn plantaris, ruling him out of action.

  • Aliyah defeated Shayna Baszler
  • Intercontinental Championship: Ricochet (c) defeated Sami Zayn
